Pilates 4 Kids
Children study seated many hours, grow up rapidly and adopt postures that cause significant problems in their spine. Pilates exercises can be incorporated into their overall workout program in the form of a game, so that it is not considered a “torture” but fun. AthensTrainers® Ultimate Pilates System® Team of Trainers has created a couples-based pilates program (based on mimicry, gentle competition and competition).
Pilates 4 Kids Educational Seminar
The Pilates 4 Kids Manual includes 45 exercises, with a story description / simulation of movement so that children already have a picture in their mind. Children perform exercises in couples in different places, sides, directions and levels.
Certification
Soon after the end of Pilates 4 Kids Seminar, participants receive the Certificate of Attendance. Automatically their names are listed on our website as a Pilates Teacher / Instructor capable of teaching Pilates 4 Kids.
Logo
Along with the Certificate of Attendance, the Pilates Teacher/Instructor receives an e-mail with the AthensTrainers® Ultimate Pilates System® logo. The logo can be used to describe a lesson at the gym that works or owns, or in promotional t-shirts, rollups, or banners that accompany his/her Pilates lessons.
