AthensTrainers® organizes educational seminar about “Tower-Mat Station Repertoire”.
It is a versatile part of the Cadillac or Reformer with Tower.
The repertoire includes exercises executed with:
– Roll-Down Bar
– Push Through Bar – springs from above
– Push Through Bar-Springs from below
– Leg Springs
– Arm Springs
Training material:
The student receives a folder with informative material, pen, block and Tower-Mat Station Repertoire manual with photos.
Tower-Mat Station Repertoire Requirements:
The student must have Mat Level I or Level II Certification or Reformer (Studio I)
