This seminar is about the first level of a Pilates repertoire using a miniball. It is the basic program of the method. With this seminar, you can perform Pilates to the gym or personal training studio. It is a complete Mat Pilates Program with all the basic exercises, variations and modifications (for beginners, advanced and for those who have cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine problems).

Training material:
The student receives a folder with informative material, pen, block, a miniball and Mat Programme Level I and Human Anatomy manuals with photos.
Mat Programme Level I Seminar Requirements:
The knowledge of Anatomy is prerequisite for taking part in the training. If the student doesn’t want to attend it, there is an exam that allows us to evaluate his/her knowledge.
After training, 10 hours of course attendance, 20 hours of personal practice, 20 hours of teaching .

This seminar is designed for Certified TEFAA Teachers, TEFAA Students, Physiotherapists and Graduates of corresponding Foreign Universities Recognized by the Greek State according to the Greek Legislation.
