This seminar is about the second level of Pilates Reformer Seminar.
There are 45 new exercises, for more advanced students. This level includes total body exercises as well as many of Joseph H. Pilates’ classic exercises. Practicing from the center to the limps we achieve progress in pilates technique and intensive body workout. Ideal for those who which to perform more complex and demanding body and mind exercises!!
Training material:
The student receives a folder with informative material, pen, block and Reformer (Studio II) manual with photos.
Reformer (Studio II) Requirements:
The student must have All About Reformer (Studio I) Certification.
